When considering property investment in Tenerife, the wise buyer will consider buying off-plan and will take into account the quality of the property, it's location, future desirability and the reputation and experience of the developer.

For those seeking a touch of luxury the villas which are currently in development around the Costa Adeje golf course are of particular interest.
