Spanish Investment Property

The demand for properties in Spain and the Canary Islands has been rising steadily as far back as 1988 and demand still exceeds supply.

Spain has very low mortgage rates - the lowest in the European Union, after Finland.

With all this on offer, it’s no wonder Spain is looked upon as a safe investment option.

Overseas Investment Property - Australia

Some of the most popular investment locations here are within the major coastal cities and various tourist hotspots. Property in Australia is highly sought after. The country has an amazing climate and a very high quality of life. The fact that they speak English is a big attraction for UK investors. Many investors actually end up relocating here after a year or so.


Australia has a solid economic climate, which helps boost the property market and create continual demand and investment opportunities.

Overseas investment property - Brazil

Brazil has become a stable new investment market with high growth potential. It’s an emerging market with excellent returns on investment. The cost of living here is very low - just 20% of that in the United Kingdom and Europe. Property maintenance costs are also extremely low.
