A 42 year old Cape Verdean man was taken into custody on Wednesday in Guia de Isora. He had appeared on the residential street, Calle Del Basalto, waving a knife and shouting that he had murdered three people. The Guardia Civil have confirmed that a child of about four years old and his maternal grandparents have been found dead while the boy’s mother is currently receiving care and assistance from the social services.
