Today there is no real border between the tourist areas of Los Cristianos and Las Americas, especially on the seafront where the long promenade winds round the coast from one end of Los Cristianos into Playa de Las Americas. Even so, there is still a character disctinction between the two when it comes to bars and nightlife with the Playa de las Americas scene tending to be a bit younger and rowdier. Those who have chosen to book hotels in the Los Cristianos area like the Reveron Plaza or Paradise Park, have often done so especially becasue they are able to enjoy the entertainment, dining and bars of Los Cristianos but are a little removed from the full on atmosphere of Veronicas or the Star Centre in Las Americas.
