Overseas Investment Locations

Overseas Investment Property

Along with Spain, Australia, Barbados, Brazil, Cyprus and the Dominican Republic all represent significant overseas investment opportunities. Off plan investments are often the most lucrative (if properly researched).

Spanish Investment Property

The demand for properties in Spain and the Canary Islands started to rise back in the late eighties  and demand still exceeds supply.

At the moment there are over 1.1 million holiday homes in Spain owned by foreigners – and half of these are British. Spain has always been a “home away from home” for English expats.

Getting here is easy.  Mainland Spain is no more than three hours away from any UK Airport and the  Canary Islands only four. Low cost airlines are flying more frequently to more and more destinations in Spain and the Canary Islands. Fierce competition amongst the mainstream airlines and low cost carriers result in some incredibly cheap flight offers.

Why choose a Spanish investment property?

Quite simply, Spain has it all – this massive country has everything you could possibly need; climate; beaches; cuisine; nightlife; infrastructure; a vast and varied landscape; art, architecture; music; culture; and every type of outdoor sport activity imaginable.

Overseas Investment Property – Australia

Some of the most popular investment locations here are within the major coastal cities and various tourist hotspots. Property in Australia is highly sought after. The country has an amazing climate and a very high quality of life. The fact that they speak English is a big attraction for UK investors. Many investors actually end up relocating here after a year or so.

Overseas investment property – Brazil

Brazil has become a stable new investment market with high growth potential. It’s an emerging market with excellent returns on investment. The cost of living here is very low – just 20% of that in the United Kingdom and Europe. Property maintenance costs are also extremely low.

Overseas Investment Property – Barbados

Barbados is a beautiful place to live, with a booming economy and excellent infrastructure. It’s a stable location characterised by historic plantation houses, regal homes, luxury villas, and many modern hotels and houses.

With its amazing beaches, perfect year-round climate, and friendly people, it’s no wonder the world’s rich and famous choose to build their elegant mansions here.

Barbados has great potential, both as an area to live and an area to invest in.

Overseas Investment Property – Dominican Republic

With a low cost of living, tax-free banking and dirt-cheap property taxes, the Dominican Republic is one of most affordable places for tourists and for real estate investors in the Caribbean. Think endless sandy beaches, crystal clear Caribbean waters and soft tropical breezes. Who wouldn’t want to live here…
